Vietnamese artists performed at the Midosuji Kappo Festival in Osaka, the third largest city of Japan, on October 9, as part of efforts to promote the country as a tourist destination to Japan.
Since early this year, Lao Cai province has greeted nearly 800,000 tourist arrivals, a year-on-year increase of 15.5 percent, reported the Lao Cai Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
